I can't register on english, only polish words I can see, how to follow registering process? For any reason your first login or registration process will not be presented in english - means, that You use other coumputer system language: Lithuanian, Spanish, Russian etc. or different then ISO-8859-1 code system. Forum has only two letter codes : English ISO-8859-1 and polish UTF-8. Then you have to register in polish and change your language preferences in your profile, later on.
